FEATURED ROASTING PARTNER
LOST SHEEP COFFEE
A stunning roastery and cafe kitchen in the heart of Canterbury.
In 2011 Stu and Sarah quit their careers working the 9-5 to spend a year backpacking across the world! When they arrived in Melbourne, Australia they discovered Aussie style coffee and knew instantly that they wanted to bring this style of coffee back to the UK, thats when Lost Sheep Coffee was born.
In 2012 they purchased a three-wheeled micro coffee van and pitched up on Canterbury Highstreet. The aim was simple, introduce the local community to Aussie style speciality coffee.
In 2014 they introduced the Lost Sheep Coffee Pod, in 2017 the award-winning Speciality Coffee Roastery was opened in Whitstable Kent, roasting coffee and sending it out to their customers all over the world as well as supplying some fantastic wholesale customers.
In 2021 Lost Sheep Coffee opened The Lost Sheep Coffee and Kitchen next to the Cathedral in Canterbury.

Exclusive Collaboration with The Duppy Share
This month we partnered with The Duppy Share to create The Duppy Conqueror (featured above). It's a delicious blend of rum, espresso, creme de banane, pineapple juice and coconut syrup.
We gave one lucky follower the chance to win 2 bottles of rum and a year's supply of coffee in our latest social media competition. Look out for the winner in next month's edition.
So, what is The Duppy Share?
Duppies are dark Caribbean spirits or ghosts, originating from Jamaica and known to have a special love of rum.
As a spirit ages in barrels, a certain amount is lost through evaporation over the years. Know as the angels' share in Scotch whisky production, this is far too tame for the world of rum...
Caribbean legend has it that the dark duppy spirits swoop between the islands stealing the best share of the rum. Spirits masters, skilled in the fine art of blending, the duppies take only the best.
This is The Duppy Share.

WORLD COFFEE NEWS
ITALIAN CAFF INSPIRATION FROM DE'LONGHI
As Summer finally approaches, coffee lovers may be looking for new, refreshing ways to enjoy their favourite beverage.
Espresso, cappuccino, and macchiato immediately spring to mind when one thinks of Italian caff, and rightfully so, the beverages are integral to the countrys contemporary coffee culture.
However, Italians are keen on caffeinating with cold coffee beverages, too.
Why not try one of these delicious combinations:
Leccese - A long shot of freshly-brewed espresso poured over ice with almond syrup added. A regional version of Italy's most popular iced coffee, the Caffe Shakerato.
Affogato - Named after the Italian word for 'drowned', an affogato calls for drowning a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso.
Espresso Romano - Particularly popular in Naples and Campania, this refreshing variation on a classic adds twist of lemon to your espresso. Simply add a thin slice of fresh lemon peel to each espresso cup.
Dolce Vita - In a small glass, combine a freshly-brewed cappuccino with custard and top with cocoa powder and a twist of lemon for a refreshing yet sweet treat.
