30-DAY 'NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED' RETURN POLICY FOR:
UNEXPECTED FIT - ordering the wrong size or receiving the wrong size.
FAULTY CONSTRUCTION - including outsole delamination, eyelet issues, or seam problems.
DISSATISFACTION - including the feeling of dissatisfaction with your purchase.
Should you encounter any of these issues within 30 days of delivery, we'll swiftly replace or return your shoes, no questions asked. However, we ask that you please clean your shoes before returning to our facility. We expect them to be in like new condition upon arrival.

Our comprehensive coverage encompasses damaged shoes, sizing discrepancies, and customer dissatisfaction within the assigned warranty period for each footwear model. We expertly resolve concerns with personalized assistance, providing skillful repairs, convenient replacements, or hassle-free returns. At Bearfoot Shoes, we are fully committed to delivering unparalleled customer service and ensuring absolute satisfaction with every footwear purchase.
Based on the specific circumstances provided, our team will assign one of the following tailored solutions to each unique case:
REPAIR
In the event of shoe damage, Bearfoot Shoes is fully dedicated to assisting you throughout the warranty period. We go above and beyond to ensure that your shoes are promptly repaired. We take care of the repair process ourselves or, if you prefer, we can reimburse you for the cost of repair by a trusted local cobbler (subject to providing a valid receipt for reimbursement eligibility). Moreover, for simple repairs like delamination, we provide a complimentary Repair Kit, empowering you to easily and swiftly mend your shoes at your convenience.
REPLACE
In situations where repair is not viable, Bearfoot Shoes presents an exceptional replacement option during the warranty period. Should the damage be significant or irreparable, rest assured that we will promptly provide you with a brand-new pair of footwear, ensuring a seamless continuation of your journey. This replacement will be of the same model as your original purchase, and it comes at no additional cost to you.
REFUND
In the rare instance that Bearfoot Shoes is unable to facilitate either repair or replacement within the designated warranty period, we offer the option to return the shoes and you will be eligible for a complete refund. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure a hassle-free experience, providing you with the flexibility and peace of mind you deserve.
