The first full moon is happening this January 25, Thursdayand weshould make use of this powerful energy to charge your crystals. Let us harness the moon's energy to allow us to let go of the negative forces and only attract positive energy. Here's how:

1. Wash your crystals

It is ideal to wash them with ocean water or water from natural sources. However, tap water will do as well.

2. Take out your crystals

The ideal time to set out your crystals is just after sunset.Name something you want to let go of as you set them one by one. This practice allows us to make use of the power of the full moon to let go of negative things.

3. Pick them up the next morning

Allow your crystals to reboot and tobe exposed to the sun's energy. Ideally, sunrise is the best time to pick them up.

4. Charge your crystals with intentions

This is the most important part. More than releasing the negativities, it is essential to charge your crystals with intentions to help them stay focused. Do this once you have picked them up and keep in mind that once you have charged them they should not be touched by anyone else.

5. Close your ritual

Express your gratitude to your crystals for helping you manifest the powers that they have.
