After a winding, years-long collaboration with Chen Chen & Kai Williams, we finally have the pleasure of sharing with you the Sidewinder Knife. It's an enigmatic kinetic sculpture moonlighting as a knife, and it's set to slither its way into your life later this week.
Named for the oscillating tracks left by its serpentine namesake, motion is at the core of theSidewinders design. It has a subtly mechanical interlocking hilt, with two opposing elements moving in sympathy with the blade to produce a truly unique unsheathing mechanism.
Substantial yet perfectly pocketable, the Sidewinder Knife joins our Daily Carry collection alongside some like minded friends. Also making their Daily Carry debut are the party-pairing Serpent Bottle Opener and Serpent Lighter Holder, as well as the minimally constructed yet maximally tough Batten Card Wallet.
