When I was in my early 20s, I went on a mission trip to Honduras and had the opportunity to walk through the coffee fields. I was absolutely mesmerized by the whole process. Fast forward 20 years later, and I'm now in the coffee industry roasting some of the best Honduran coffees on the market.
