Resourcing 2.0 includes a suite of Ul and usability updates (taken directly from your requests in our product forum), advanced allocation features and integrated in-app reporting.

FEATURE UPDATES

Keep completed subactions visible by default

Users can now choose whether completed subactions are shown expanded or collapsed by default. This setting can be adjusted at both the workspace and project levels for ultimate project flexibility.

In Workspace Settings, simply check the box to "Show completed subactions by default." By default, this option is unchecked, but when enabled, all completed subactions will be displayed, with the option to easily hide them. For specific action card control, head to the project level and find the new setting in the advanced settings of the 'Edit' menu.

Please note: Each new project will automatically take the workspace setting, but any set project-level setting will override this.

enable or disable custom fields

Enable/disable custom fields for multiple projects

Custom fields help teams craft projects to fit their individual needs. To streamline this process, users can now easily manage custom fields for multiple projects. This update allows for more flexibility and customization in organizing and categorizing projects within your workspace.

To enable or disable custom fields, head to Workspace Settings -> Custom fields. Clicking on the number of projects under the "Used in" section in Custom fields displays which project each field has been applied to. Simply click the pencil icon to manage project details.
