2.) Every time we eat, we create whats known as an acid attack for our teeth. Our mouths can with stand up to 5 acid attacks a day. Try to consolidate eating or drinking (anything other than water), to designated meal times to give your mouth a chance to recover between acid attacks.

4.) When we eat, the enamel of our teeth softens. Brushing within 1 hour of eating means were brushing the acidity or sugar from our food into the tooth surface. We should avoid brushing our teeth for 1 hour after food.
