HRS. Games Keep Getting Shorter! 6 New Baseball Rules In The 2025 MLB Season
Last year, the big leagues introduced a 15 second pitch clock for the first time.Games were about 20 minutes shorter on average.Well, that must have felt like a homerun for the rule makers (you know the feeling ) because a bunch of new rule changes are on the table to further shorten the game:
10 Second Pitch Clock
2 Strikes per Out
3 Balls per Walk
2 Outs per Inning
7 Innings per Game
No More 7th Inning Stretch
