Led by celebrated master distiller Billy Walker, this trio of peated single malts were matured for five years to capture more of its bold smoke flavours, using a variety of casks such as virgin Chinquapin oak, sherry and rye casks.

This flagship release is matured using a mix of former bourbon and rye casks, as well as fresh American oak. Created with peat from St. Fergus on the mainland, which is sweeter and grassier than the coastal variety.

This whisky boasts a peating level of 35ppm and enjoys an extensive fermentation time of 160 hours, which fosters the development of its fruity, multifaceted spiritpotent enough to endure ageing in sherry casks.

The Chinquapin One
(70CL / 48% ABV)
Matured first in American oak bourbon barrels and then in Chinquapin virgin oak casks. These bold casks infuse the whisky with large, sweet, and rich flavours. A decidedly smoky and sweet dram.

Batch 10 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
A curated a blend using Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso casks, seamlessly united with spirit aged in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The final concoction, boasting robust notes of sweet spice and dark fruit, is presented at a potent cask strength of 58.6% ABV, unadulterated by additional colouring or chill-filtration.
