For over 30 years, Housing Works has been at the forefront of providing HIV/AIDS supportive housing and groundbreaking services. Today, we are the nation's largest provider of such housing, but our impact goes beyond that. We offer healthcare centers, advocacy, social enterprise businesses, vocational programs, legal services, needle exchange programs, and more to support the underserved and most vulnerable individuals in our community.
Weve made great progress, but we still need your help!
As we continue to grow and innovate, we need your help. Currently, we're preparing to open two state-of-the-art healthcare clinics on 125th Street and 48th Street. By opening these clinics, we expect to increase our healthcare visits from 100,000 to 140,000 per year. Together, we can celebrate and ensure accessible healthcare for everyone.

Housing Works remains dedicated to ending the dual crisis of HIV/AIDS and homelessness. We fight for high-quality healthcare access, regardless of a person's identity or who they love. We advocate for at-risk communities, including trans individuals, drug users, undocumented immigrants, and those struggling with mental illness. We stand as their defenders when few others do.
