You see that guy up top? Now he's lifting with proper form. Staying in his own lane, doing what he can handle. I'm know he can go heavier but he knows it's not about the weight. It's about the taxing the muscle while maintaining proper form. That's how Gains are made.
Ego lifting is good for one thing, injuries. It doesn't impress anyone I promise. And will have you out of the gym and broke up in a hurry. instead focus on contracting the muscle thru a full range of motion with a weight you can handle. You'll grow quicker. Just a little practical advice for today. I hope it helps you out in your next workout.
