Miracle Drops are a non-refundable item. Any returned Kaleidoscope Hair Products (www.iluvcolors.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase. All other Kaleidoscope Hair Products and accessories must be returned, sealed and unused, within 30 days of purchase. All Kaleidoscope Apparel (t-shirts and tights) can be returned or exchanged for size within 30 days of purchase. All returned/exchanged apparel must unworn. Purchases made on www.iluvcolors.com can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Kaleidoscope Hair Products. Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction. After returning merchandise back to Kaleidoscope Hair Products, via mail, we will receive your item(s) within 30 days. After reviewing the items, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit for the purchase price of the item. Customers who paid with Amazon or PayPal will receive full refund back to Amazon on PayPal account. Kaleidoscope Hair Product Return Procedures Fill out the Kaleidoscope Hair Products Return/Exchange form attached to your Order Summary, and include the completed Return/Exchange Form with the item(s) being returned. Package your return in a well-padded envelope to prevent damage during transit. Use the provided pre-paid Return Label for the outside of your envelope.
