Lauren is so talented, but dont t be fooled by her pretty face, she loves to win. Lauren is extremely driven, and very kind natured!

Hi Im Lauren!Im a CrossFit athlete, a CF-L2 Coach and an Online Coach at AOD fitness. I have been doing CrossFit for almost 6 years now and my goals are to qualify for European semifinals within the next couple of years, as well as gain more experience by competing at the Elite level internationally. Making the move from London to Worcester has allowed me to focus more on my training, and even more so on my recovery, giving myself the best chance possible of achieving these goals. Im excited and grateful to become part of Team Kitbox and have them supporting me with kit from some of the very best brands as the season kicks off!
