Port Askaig 8 Year Old

This 8-year-old Islay single malt, bottled independently under the Port Askaig name, is firstly aged in American oak barrels before spending over five years in a bourbon barrels, toasted American oak barrels, PX sherry butts, and refill hogsheads. Presented at 45.8% abv.

This new Laphroaig Elements 1.0 is the first release in the iconic Islay distillery's new experimental Elements series. Made in two sizes of mash tun, with two types of wort, cloudy and semi-cloudy, and matured in bourbon casks. Bottled at 58.6% abv.

Portuguese for marriage, Casado was matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 6 years before being finished for 2 years in a pair of Portuguese red wine vats. The limited edition bottling is free from chill filtration and bottled at 46% abv. Heavily peated, and distinctly Islay.
