Understanding High Blood Pressure Symptoms
What is High Blood Pressure?
High blood pressure, often referred to as hypertension, is a condition where the force of blood against the walls of your arteries is consistently too high. Think of it like the pressure inside a hose that's turned up too high. Over time, this can strain your heart and blood vessels, leading to serious health problems like heart disease, stroke, and kidney damage.
