Thats not my acceptance speech because we havent won anything yet, but our salon has been nominated for several prestigious National awards.
The British Hairdressing Business Awards are our industrys version of the Oscars with more histrionics, a few bigger egos, and a lot less global attention.

But its nice to have the nominations, and I wanted to thank all our clients and team for being on the journey with us and making it possible. The glittering black tie evening event is in July and well hopefully have more joyous news then.
These awards also send a message to our industry that after 36 years we're not resting on our laurels. We are still inquisitive, still searching for a better way and still open to new methods. The business landscape post COVID, and the power of the internet and social media, shows us how quickly things move, and we remain fleet of foot to meet those challenges.
