Were partnering with Chefs Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark at Anelya to support The Abundance Setting, May 1820 in Chicago.
Visit Anelya during the participating dates for delicious zakusky plates, Kvass, and vodka infusions. $1 of every sale will be donated to The Abundance Settinga nonprofit empowering and supporting working mothers in the industry, showcasing the strength and dedication of women shaping the culinary world. Lets come together for a great cause and delicious food!
Anelya is inspired by Chef Clarks Ukrainian heritage and his beloved grandmother, celebrating Ukrainian cuisine in a way that hasnt been done in Chicago before. The two Chefs make their own vodka infusions in house, and Chef Clark sources herring fresh from Toyosu market in Japan to pickle for their Zakusky course.
