Competition entry is made by tagging a friend on our Instagram competition post (posted on Tuesday the 25th of July) No purchase is necessary. To enter the competition, entrants must be following @mountainwarehouse & @boutiquecamping on Instagram. Entries are open between Tuesday the 25th of July 2023 and close at midnight on Tuesday the 8th of August 2023. Competition must be entered in each Entrants own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.

Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom. Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified. The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date. The Prize Winner will be notified initially via direct message on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize. If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be one prize winner who will win a 4m Star Bell Tent Canvas Lite, a Mountain Warehouse Folding Table & Inca Extreme 65L Rucksack. Subject to availability. If the product is not available, an alternative product will be sent. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
