We're also excited to share with you a scrumptious Mr. Tortilla Carne Asada taco recipe, perfectly complemented by our 1 Net Carb Hard Taco Shells.

These shells are the ideal balance sturdy enough to hold your delicious fillings without breaking, yet offering that satisfying crunch in every bite.Here's how to create this tasty dish:

Ingredients for Carne Asada:

1 lb flank or skirt steak

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup orange juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

For Assembling Tacos:

Mr. Tortilla 1 Net Carb Hard Taco Shells

Diced onions

Chopped cilantro

Sliced avocado

Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak in this mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook to your desired level of doneness.

Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice it against the grain into thin strips.

Assemble the tacos by placing slices of carne asada in each shell, followed by onions, cilantro, and avocado.
