2023 in review! ☕

Whew, 2023 is almost over. The end of the year is a great time for reflection and thinking ahead. In all honesty, this year has been the hardest year for our company since it first started. As youve probably noticed, we are experiencing ongoing inventory and production issues for our chai concentrates line. Hundreds of you are patiently waiting for us to relaunch this beloved product, either for personal use, or to serve at your caf! Ive truly never seen or experienced brand and product loyalty like this before! While our supply chain issues have definitely had a negative impact on revenue and growth, we recognize that this is all a part of the growing pains of a small business. Please rest assured that we are working really hard to implement a high quality, affordable and most importantly, sustainable solution. We promise the wait will be worth it!

On the flip side, we have sold more of our Chai Me At Home blend than ever this year (check out how to use it to make your own concentrate!)! We also successfully launched our Chai Coffee blend in collaboration with LA-based Yes Plz Coffee, which you all have loved so much we are considering adding it to our permanent line up! This fall, we launched a subscription program and our first set of drinkware merch - our You Had Me At Chai mug and thermos bundles. This collection is inspired by long family road trips during my childhood where the elders always made sure there was a large thermos full of piping hot chai!

Next year, we are bringing back our bold, flavorful chai concentrates (first and foremost!) along with other products that we are really excited to share with you.
