Dear One Stripe Chai family, On Small Business Saturday we wanted to reflect on making it another year and how thankful we are for your support! This year might have been the hardest one yet for our small brand given the countless supply chain issues we faced. We've been heads down finding sustainable long-term solutions. The light at the end of the tunnel has been realizing the insane amount of demand our community has for our products! Our beloved chai concentrates have hit more manufacturing delays and we are aiming for a Q1 2024 relaunch. This relaunch is going to allow us to bring concentrates back in stock online consistently and expand our coffee shop and retail footprint so you can find the best chai right in your neighborhood! When I started this company, I was a newbie in the coffee industry. I was so excited by specialty coffee, but realized that next to the best coffee you would find subpar chai - certainly nothing that was as high quality and as delicious as the drink I grew up with.
