Here's a little more info about this wonderful program:
At Girls on the Run San Diego, teaching essential life skills is the cornerstone of our research-based programs. Trained volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy.
We look forward to congratulating all 850 girls to their first 5k finish line Sunday, May 5, 2024 at De Anza Cove - Mission Bay - San Diego
