Louis Gonzales started in animation through the Warner Brothers Feature Internship program in 1996, studying both animation and layout. He then worked on Iron Giant, Osmosis Jones and other projects as a traditional Layout artist before becoming a Visual Development artist on the WB's live action Scooby Doo movie.
Louis joined Pixar in 2000, and quickly ascended from a CG Layout artist to Story Supervisor, contributing to a long list of films including Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo & Finding Dory, Ratatouille, Cars 3, Brave, and The Incredibles 1 & 2. While at Pixar, Louis was tapped to direct two short films, Nona, streaming on Disney+, and Know Your Rights for Colin Kapernicks non-profit of the same name. He also storyboarded on the Marvel Studios Live action film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Louis recently joined Netflix's feature animation development. He seeks out personal and other interesting projects when he finds the time.
