Stabilizers By the Roll or Bolt
ENDS 10.30.23 - Midnight PT
Sulky Wash-Away Stabilizers
Water Soluble Stabilizers dissolve in water. The number one use for original Solvy is as a topper on napped fabrics like towels to keep the loops or pile from poking through the stitching, to prevent stitches from getting lost in the fabric, and to enhance the clarity of fine lettering and detail stitching.

Tear-Away Stabilizers Rolls and Bolts
Sulky Tear-Away Stabilizers
Tear-away stabilizers are temporary stabilizers that are easily removed once you have stitched out an embroidery design. This is most likely what you will use when embroidering on towels, scarves & regular woven fabrics.

Cut-Away Stabilizer Rolls and Bolts
Sulky Cut-Away Stabilizers
Cut-away Stabilizers are permanent stabilizers ranging from rather heavy, like Cut-Away Plus to very light like Soft 'n Sheer. They are perfect when you need a design to be stretch resistant and want continued stabilization through many laundering and wearings.

Fall Leaves Embroidery for Fall Wearables
Soft 'n Sheer - Sulky Soft 'n Sheer is a lightweight stabilizer that feels nice against the skin along the garment's wrong side. This stabilizer works well with light, open, airy design work.
Cut-Away Plus - If working with a design that has a satin stitch edging or any areas of fill, choose a heavier-weight cut-away stabilizer.
Solvy - If the sweater has a lofty pile or texture, apply Sulky Solvy as a topper. Float a piece of Solvy over the sweater surface, and use KK 2000 to secure.
Tender Touch - Finishing: If the wearer or recipient of the sweater has sensitive skin, consider using Sulky Tender Touch as a topper for the finished embroidery on the wrong side. Tender Touch has a soft, silky feeling that protects the wearer from scratchy embroidery stitching.
