What's the best thing you can do for the 4th? It's not reserving a picnic table. It's not mapping out the best view of the fireworks. No, it's not even buying a flag shirt.

It's spreading patriotism.

Seeing today's headlines? The good news is, our Moms and Dads, Grandmas and Grandads and all theirs, going way back, handled worse. They faced treason charges against the Crown, crossing the Rocks in a covered wagon, the Great Depression and the Nazi war machine.

What did they do? They spread the message oflife, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

What do we do? The same thing.
