Bushmills 16 Year Old

This single malt Irish whiskey is distilled at Northern Ireland's Bushmills, claimed to be the world's oldest licensed distillery. This 16-year-old is matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon seasoned casks for just over 15 years before being finished in port pipes for nine months. The nose is floral with currant jam and a touch of vanilla spice. The palate is rich and juicy with cherries, dried fruits and sweet toffee. The finish is long and rich with dark chocolate and almond notes.

The Sexton

Created by Alex Thomas, this Irish single malt whiskey is triple distilled and matured in Oloroso sherry casks sourced form Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Bottled at 40% abv, The Sexton has a smooth, rich and approachable flavour for a thoroughly modern Irish whiskey. Expect aromas of honeyed malt and dark chocolate, with hints of marzipan and mixed spice. The palate boasts flavours of dried fruit, nuts, spice and citrus oil, which lead into a lingering sweet finish of honey and oak.

Proper No. Twelve Apple Spirit Drink

Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced by former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion, Conor McGregor. This expression is an apple-infused twist on the triple-distilled classic, which is crafted with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Bottled at 35% abv.

Redbreast 15 Year Old

This single pot still Irish whiskey began life as a limited edition in Paris, before finding its way into the Redbreast core range. The additional three years in the barrel give this whiskey a mellower taste than the Redbreast 12 Year Old and have earned this expression multiple awards in competitions around the world.
