🕵️‍♂️ 96 Pointer Napa Cab 🍷 at a giveaway price!

Just a couple of weeks ago, another Krutz, their Beckstoffer George III Cab took the site by storm. So, we went back and scored another killer deal by them for you.

This one simply says Napa on it but dont let that fool you, it aint your average Napa Cab, with 96 points by The Wine Independent, a hot newer publication by Master of Wine Lisa Perrotti-Brown who led Wine Advocate before venturing out on her own.

Anyway, back to the wine we have a 100% Cabernet here, entirely from Clone 7 - a highly sought-after heritage selection also known as Concannon or Wente. They dont specify the sources but a little digging reveals some of the Beckstoffer crop in there along with an unnamed top site, to protect the innocent. One smell or one sip is all it takes to understand why.

Beautifully crafted and deliciously complex, showing depth, elegance, and finesse, this is rich without being weighty. Full-bodied and layered, with a deep mix of dark berry fruit, cherry, plum and currant, gliding along on a seamless finish. Buy this big-time winner with reckless abandon, thank us later.

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of cassis, baked plums, and boysenberries waft from the glass, followed by hints of dusty soil, Indian spices, and wild sage. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers bright, fresh, youthful fruit with a grainy texture and spicy lift on the finish. Drink 2025-2047.
