Mulled Social Cider - Serves 7 - Ingredients: 1L cloudy apple juice 35cl Three Spirit Social 3 lemon wheels 3 orange wheels 5 cloves 1 star anise 1 black cardamom pod, cut open 5 allspice berries, crushed Method: Add Three Spirit Social and all other ingredients to a saucepan or soup kettle - simplify or modify the as you please. Heat gently, stir slowly, until the liquid comes to a low simmer. Use a ladle to transfer to a pitcher, ready to pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh orange wheels and cinnamon sticks and serve Note: This recipe is set out for large batches in a soup kettle but can also be made in individual cups if needed.
