From one cat person to another As kitten season approaches, we asked our community what advice theyve give to new cat parents... "Adjustment periods take time. New cats, new house, new litter, new food. Anything out of the ordinary is going to take time. You can't make them adjust faster than they want to." - Sara B. "Cats require play, they get bored very easily. So make 15 minutes of playtime every day if not more." - Michele D. "Be careful what you say about them, they understand." - Alexandra R. "Remove all poisonous house plants from the house. A lot cats develop serious health problems from ingesting toxic plants." - Jody P. "Cats have their own personalities; ergo, pay attention to their style and read carefully what theyre visually sharing with their eyes!" - Maxine R.
