Post-Holiday Self Care Routine

Winding down after the holiday season is essential! Now that the gifts are unwrapped, the tree is down (maybe!), we have to admit it feels good to be done with the many responsibilities and commitments of the holiday season.

The holiday season is always a busy one for the team at Versine Skincare too, so we thought we'd share some of our favorite self-care practices:

Enjoy a warm cup of peppermint tea (detox, digest, energize)

Soak in a herbal bath

Dedicate a night to exfoliating and hair / face masks, finish with ourIlluminate Multi-Tasking Serumto hydrate, brighten and seal in all the goodness

Put devices on DND at least 3 hours before bed each night

Start the day outside in the sun
