Service Suspension during

Chinese New Year

As we prepare to celebrate the Chinese New Year, we want to inform you about temporary adjustments to our shipping operations and customer service.

Webrick holiday period: 8-15, February (China time)

Order Processing Delays

• Orders during 8-15 Feb

  If you place the order(s) during this time, it'll be pending. We'll start processing and updating the order status from Feb 16.

  
  

• Shipping Suspension 4-15 Feb

  Shipping services will be temporarily suspended from February 4th to February 15th. Orders placed during this period will be processed as soon as we get back on February 16th.

Customer Service Delays

  Expect delays in responses to emails. We appreciate your patience, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Online Customer Service Unavailability

  Our online customer service will be temporarily unavailable during the holiday period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• Refund Issue

  Some of you might have applied refund in January, please be advised that the

  refunding procedure will resume after the 16th, and we appreciate your patience

  in the meantime.
