JJ the CPA

Joshua Jenson, CPA, aka "JJ THE CPA" has 32 years of public accounting experience in tax, specializing in LLC, partnership, S corporation, and related individual tax matters. He still practices in the trenches of the CPA firm he founded over 27 years ago.

JJ has traveled to over 60 cities, presenting tax courses to thousands of fellow CPAs on the latest tax laws and strategies. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce named him one of the Top 10 Small Business Experts to follow. For the last twenty years, he has appeared on local and national news programs and has become a regular tax season guest on several local and national radio programs.

Joshua Jenson is a licensed CPA in Oklahoma and Texas and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oklahoma Societyof CPAs. He serves on the Tax Committee for the Oklahoma Society of CPAs as the past Chairperson of the OSCPA Educational Foundation and was named CPA of the year by his CPA peers. Joshua graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1993 with an accounting degree.

JJ the CPA has over 99,000 subscribers and over 7 million views on his YouTube channel JJ THE CPA, and is heavily represented on social media. JJ has authored two books available on Amazon, JJ THE CPA HERE! and CRACKING THE CPA CODE.

Brady Bryan

As BRAYN Consulting, LLCs founder and CEO, Brady brings optimal value to mid-market clients through specialty tax incentives in a number of industries including architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and software. A licensed attorney in California and Texas himself, Brady has assembled an all-star team of BRAYNiacs. This powerhouse team is composed of lawyers, engineers, and accountants hailing from Big-4 and other national consulting firms. Bradys goal is to educate businesses and people on how to avail themselves to the little-known tax incentives that are designed for them. In this way he knows BRAYN can make a meaningful impact with real people.

Prior to founding BRAYN in 2010, Brady spent many years in industry, as well as Big-4 accounting. During his tenure at Deloitte, he first learned about several of the tax incentives his company now specializes in. He also spent several years doing indigent defense work. Brady has a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, and a BBA in Management from Sam Houston State University. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, three children, and three French bulldogs.

Amanda Jenson

Amanda Jenson, a proud native of the red dirt state, hails from Chickasha, OK, and has deep roots in the diverse landscapes of Oklahoma. Having explored various regions within the state, she has savored the recreational delights and natural beauty that Oklahoma has to offer. As a dedicated Realtor with OklaHome Real Estate situated in downtown Edmond, Amanda holds a Masters degree from East Central University. With a rich background encompassing customer service, sales, marketing, legal agreements, and successful entrepreneurship, Amanda brings a wealth of real-life experience to her role.
