From the warm 2015 vintage, which Wine Spectator rated 9497 points and said yielded clean, ripe fruitwith rich, intense wines, Brugnons Millsime has been evolving in the winerys chilly cellars for over six years, developing an earthen complexity and mineral depth. Its aromatically stunning, with a mlange of Asian pear, yellow flowers, frangipane, brioche, and a touch of mushroom. But its extended aging really comes through on the palate, with an incredibly fine mousse and flavors of toasted hazelnut, apple, chalk, and puff pastry.

As a grower-producer, Brugnon controls the production from the fields to the cellar, working with a single focus: to craft a pure expression of their terroirand that terroir is incredible. The Montagne de Reims sits on a wooded plateau and boasts diverse soils and microclimates, yielding luxurious and complex bottlings. This 2015 draws from two Premier Cru villages: 65% Chardonnay from Rilly-La-Montagne, which delivers bright acidity and crispness, and 35% Pinot Noir from Ecueil, which lends the wine delicacy and elegance.
