This particular Crmant is Extra Brut in style (same as some of the BEST Champagnes in the world) and has history that goes back over 3 centuries being crafted by one of the most famed wine producers in the entire Alsace region!The vines in which these grapes are grown are planted on semi-slopes on an alluvial soil, which filters the water while retaining the heat. An elegant effervescence with very fine, persistent bubbles characterizes this Extra Brut Crmant. We fell in love with this one at first sip but we werent the only ones!
