Writers Digest Annual Conference is back this fall in Cincinnati, Ohio. Why are we in Cincinnati this year? Cincinnati is the home of Writers Digest! It started right here in 1920 and has been going strong ever since. Its also a bit more centrally located, and we thought it was time for a change! Were excited to show you around our hometown, connect with fellow writers, share success stories, and more than anything else, provide premier writing education so you can take your writing to the next level this October.

Learn From A-List Mentors. The speaker line-up for this years conference is second to none. Hear from industry experts like Jane Friedman, Ann Garvin, Joseph Hall, and authors Jessica Strawser, Yasmin Angoe, and Denny S. Bryce.

Network. Weve found there isnt anything that can replace the in-person conversation and experiences that WDC will give you. Meet new writers, build your network, and make connections that could last a lifetime. This year weve added a lunch-and-learn on Friday and a breakfast brief on Saturday to add some additional educational and networking opportunities.

Pre-Conference Workshops. Cant commit to the full weekend? We have two (the second one is coming soon!) fantastic pre-conference workshops that will take place on Thursday, October 17. You can register for Thursday only or extend your weekend and add it onto your basic conference registration.
