My Smartest Ever Travel Decision ...

Back in the day, everytime I would travel Id save on roaming charges by getting a local SIM card as soon as I landed.

But there was always the hassle of removing my home SIM and storing it in a safe place, then going through all the KYC to get a local SIM, inserting it into my phone and activating it, adding credit etc it was always a lot of hassle ...

Plus often my local SIM card would expire in 90 days so I couldn't use it on my next trip ... and I relied entirely on Wifi as a backup plan ... which often wasn't safe or reliable.
