Night time bliss - make yourself a warm bath. Make a strong cup of herbal tea (chamomile is perfect for this). Use 3-4 tea bags in a cup of boiling water and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Add the herbal water to your bath. Lay back and relax for 20 minutes or as long as you're able. Close your eyes and clear your mind. Breathe deeply and feel your entire body loosen up. It's remarkable what a little self care can do to our mood.
