Lemonade Frozen Whip Recipe:

Ingredients:

Cup Hot Water

6 Tbsp Splenda or Magic Baker Zero SugarBlend

2 Tsp Sugar-free MapleSyrup

Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

Cup Atkins Creamy Vanilla ProteinShake

Instructions:

In a medium heat resistant bowl, stir together hot water, granulated sweetener and syrup until fully dissolved. Stir in fresh lemon juice and Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake until evenly combined. Shake will curdle a bit, which is fine. Pour into the CREAMi pint, cover and freeze for 24hours.

Remove frozen pint and process using Ninja CREAMi on the sorbet setting. Serve right away, or re-freeze for 12-24 hours, then use the re-spin setting to get a scoopable texture. Two small scoops (about 2/3 cup of whip) are oneserving.
