I wanted to shoot off an email to our entire list of customers and loyal fans.

The topic of the day is... SHOGUN INVENTORY. Lets get into it. As you probably already know the Shogun has sold out 5 times in a row and we finally received our biggest shipment yet.

Here is the problem. When I ordered this shipment there was ZERO out of stock notifications for this paddle so I did math. PLEASE NOTE: I suck at math. This led to a grossly inaccurate forecasting number and here we are on drop day and we have a big problem.

The same number of paddles we have in stock ready to ship this week is the same number of people that have now filled out the out of stock notification and are standing on the sidelines waiting to grab one. Truthfully, I am excited but also feel terrible that we cant get our s**t together and have enough inventory to just be in stock all day everyday. Here is the good news, we grew a pair and ordered a second batch that will be here on or about July 12th.

This is jist of this super long winded email. If you want a shogun today, it looks like you better be Johnny on the spot at 1:00 pm EST and if you miss out today, be ready for more titanium on July 12th ish.

Lastly, I just want to take a moment and thank each and every one of you. When I started this company in January of 2023, I was scared. Starting a new brand online is not an easy thing to do and I was worried about providing for my own family. Here we are in July of 2024 and as I reflect on what we have done I am super proud of this little brand. As of this email we now have 6 employees and are adding a couple more in the next month or two. You all showed up, supported us, and are digging what we are doing and I cant thank you enough for all of it. I am proud, I am grateful, and I am able to pay my child support. LOL!
