Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut milk (from a can, full-fat)
1 scoop (about 20g) low FODMAP protein powder
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: Place the lactose-free yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, coconut milk, and protein powder into a blender.
Blend: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
