Keto Bolognese Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Minced Meat 1 Cup Bacon Diced 1,5 Cup Tomato Sauce 1 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Cup Diced Fresh Celery 1 Onion 4 Garlic Cloves 1/4 Cup Fresh Oregano 1/4 Cup Fresh Marjoram
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using a cooking pot, start with browning your onion with 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil.
2. Once the onion is caramelized halfway, add garlic and cook it for another few minutes.
3. Add your bacon which you have cut into small cubes and your minced meat. Mix it together and cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Once your minced meat and bacon are cooked for approximately 15 minutes add celery and all the herbs as well as salt and pepper.
5. Mix together and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Once everything is cooked add tomato sauce together with heavy cream and mix all properly.
7. Cover with the top and cook it for another 40 minutes.
