Favourite Camping Recipe - Shrimp & Sausage Boil Packet

1 ear of corn, cut into 8 pieces

1 medium zucchini, sliced thick

4 cloves garlic, minced

lb uncooked shrimp

2 andouille sausage

1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

1 teaspoon Paprika

4 tablespoons butter

Fresh parsley, chopped

Add everything to a large square of foil lined with parchment and twist the edges together causing a sealed package. Roast over the fire or barbeque, occasionally shaking. Once you can see that all of the vegetables are roasted, open carefully and enjoy!
