Hello there
Grass-fed meat does not mean that the animal has been raised to a high standard.
The majority of beef cattle start out eating grass, sometimes even in a field. But sometime around 6 months before 'harvest' they are transfered to a feedlot. A cramped, horrible place, where they are fed so much grain to boost their size, that they often end up with broken legs.
Frontier Pets uses 100% high welfare ingredients from animals who are raised free-range for their whole life.
