I remember a time, growing up, when you'd see American flags everywhere.

Nearly every house was flying one.

These days we live in a very different world.

You rarely see flags anymore.

The scumbags-that-be have worked tirelessly to erode patriotism.

Schools teach kids to hate their country.

People wiling bow to big gov, big pharma, big biz, big media.

They vote their rights away, do as their told, and stay glued to the never ending negative news cycle.

Taking the bait and fighting with each other for no good reason.

Worrying more about what's going on in the other side of the world, then down the block from them.

But not you and me.

Because we see through it.

Because we remember how things used to be, and we know how they could be.

It always starts with us.

It's not your parents fault, the schools fault, the governments fault... or anyone else's fault.

Wherever we are in life is ALL on us.

You can NEVER be truly free without taking 100% responsibility for everything in your life. You can blame no one for anything.

It's on you.

And to fix this country it's on all of us...

To be our strongest, fittest, healthiest selves.

Because that makes us independent. That puts a damper on their plan. They makes us harder to control.

And it sets the example for future generations.

If kids see you as a lean, strong, jacked, hard working, gratification-delaying MAN... they have something to look up to, admire, respect and aspire to be.

Men like us don't get on Facebook and comment, "What about what's going on in (insert other country)?!"

Nope.

We get up and control what we can control.

Like what goes in our mouth. The workouts we do. The way we carry ourselves. Our health.

Taking care of our loved ones.

Setting the example and being the inspiration.

And all that starts with being lean and jacked.

It's the one domino that knocks all the others down.
