I'm not big on celebrating "food holidays" (I mean, isn't every day National Pizza Day?) but I make an exception for Pi Day. It looks different every year one year, I attended a potluck pie party with contributions that ran the gamut from a classic apple pie to savory hand pies, and I've had solo celebrations that are simply an excuse to make pie dough. I'm still narrowing down what I'll bake this year; there are several contenders in the running. I'm counting down the days until I can throw a pint of fresh berries into my pie crust, but for now, I'm relying on frozen fruit.
