Helpful tips for using kegg

Q: "Has anyone ever flown with their kegg? Not trying to have it flagged by TSA."
A: Yes! You can bring kegg in your carry-on luggage without issue!

Q: "Would swimming in the pool all day affect my kegg? My kegg went way up today."
A: It is possible! This likely depends on many factors, but make a note that you were swimming this day in case your reading does not seem to follow your trend.

Q: "Can I switch my kegg time when my new cycle starts? My current window is when I first get up but I don't have to get up early anymore."
A: Yes! We recommend shifting to a new time at the start of a new cycle if you wish to change your reading time. Go to "Profile" then "Measurement time" to update your target time to take your readings.

Q: "When traveling internationally, what is the best practice for taking daily measurements?"
A: When traveling to a different time zone, simply stick to your usual routine and take your kegg readings according to the new time zone. If you typically take your reading at 2 PM EST and are traveling to California, you will take your reading at 2 PM PST when in California.
