What an incredible week it's been!
I'm still totally having a "pinch me" moment after our LSF Nutrition birthday celebrations on Friday.
And did you see the sneak peek of the new boost coming later this summer
I truly can't thank you all enough for your love and support these last 3 years. It's been an incredible journey together and I know we're just getting started!

Tomorrow we're rolling out Summer Shape Up Challenge and here's why it's such an important one for you to do this year.
Summer is BUSY. It's so easy to put your health on the back-burner, but I want more for you than that.
I want you to enjoy summer, guilt-free, with strength and confidence knowing you aren't neglecting your goals.
That's literally why I do this challenge.
It's 6 weeks of at home (or anywhere) workouts that only take about 30 minutes so you can sneak them in anytime.
The key to change is simple. Small, repeated daily habits.
Simple and easy aren't always the same thing.
I know adding new habits into your routine can be tough, but during the challenge we willwork together to help you make them stick!
