how to fix crepey skin (even if it’s been 10 years+)

My skin is crepey, wrinkled and has been for 10+ years. When I was 30, people thought I was 40-45 years old. I am confused about which products to use and in what order with Miami MD. I would love your feedback on that please.

Theres nothing worse than having other people guess that youre 10 years older than your actual age.

Unfortunately, thats exactly what happens when you develop crepey skin.

It can appear on your arms, your legs, or even your neck. But as long as people can see it, its hard for them to think that youre not older than you are.

And crepiness is tricky to fix!

When you have it, its a sign your skin has lost much of its natural elastin (thats the fiber that allows skin to spring back into place after you pull it).

Thats why if you want to restore smooth, crepe-free skin, you have to replenish that elastin and thats easier said than done.

But dont worry!

After 30 years as a derm, I have uncovered a simple solution that reverses crepey skin.

Its 3 ingredients, that are either combined together or used in this order:

1. Coconut Oil (to rehydrate those dehydrated skin cells)
2. Glycol, (a Milk-Fat Protein that locks in that moisture)
3. And Ribose (a sugar that helps your skin turn over and replenish its lost elastin)

This is my favorite combination of these 3 ingredients that can reverse crepey skin
