My Emotional Rollercoaster: How I Saved My Milk Supply

Happy Monday! I want to open up about something personal because I believe it might resonate with you and help if you're going through a tough time.

Last week was incredibly hard for me. My grandma is sick, and the stress has been overwhelming. With everything going on, I wasnt taking the best care of myself, and it showed in my milk supply. Seeing that drop was heartbreaking. I felt like I was failing Brooklyn, my 2.5-year-old, and it just added to my worries.

But over the weekend, I decided to fight back. I focused on what I could control and made it a priority to nurse Brooklyn more frequently. I made sure to drink plenty of water and reached for my Emergency Brownies and Salted Caramel Lactation Cookies, hoping they would help.

This morning, something amazing happened. After nursing Brooklyn and dropping her off at preschool, I came home and pumped 6 ounces! I couldnt believe it. I haven't pumped that much in forever. I actually cried because I was so relieved to be getting back on track.
