Hey there,
Hows your anxiety level these days?
If it seems high, youre not alone.
Anxiety is the most common mental disorder in the US. In fact, 62% of people say they have some degree of anxiety.
Being anxious does more than just wear out your stress ball - It can lead to trouble sleeping, digestive issues, and chronic pain.
Like most people, I've dealt with my own anxiety in recent years. I tried the usual suggestions - diet, exercise, and meditation.
Those helped, but the biggest improvement came from adopting a more consistent CBD routine.
I know, I know...seems obvious coming from someone running a CBD brand, but when I got more consistent about my CBD routine I noticed a huge improvement.
